The two left-side drawers feature finished European interiors — meaning that the drawers are as wide and tall as the drawer fronts and the insides have been stained to match the exterior finish. These fully extending drawers also boast 5″ solid iron hardware with a Pewter finish and side-mounted ball bearing guides. The desk and hutch have both undergone a rigorous nine-step DuraBrush finishing process that strips away any weak elements of the wood to leave behind a more durable surface with a beautiful patina. The resulting strength is ideal for kids’ bedroom furniture. The hutch includes one adjustable shelf and one oversized cubby to provide storage configuration options and accommodate large computer screens.
